THIS IS BECAUSE THE NICKEL BONDS TO THE BRASS AND VIBRATES AT THE SAME RATIO, WHEREAS ORDINARY SILVERPLATING  PRODUCES A THINNER SOUND.
Gold Plating is guaranteed never to wear off. We will replace it free if it does.
This flute looks absolutely stunning. This instrument SOUNDS AND PLAYS LIKE A DREAM, having a deep, dark, rich tone.
